Charlotte Bound

OMG! My last blog posting was on 11/11 and I didn't even make a wish! If I were REALLY clever, I would've posted it at 11:11 on 11/11. OOH! That'll be cool! I can't wait for 11:11:11 on 11/11/11. That's only less than 5 years away. I should plan an 11-11 party!

Anyway, I'm leaving for Charlotte tomorrow to spend a week with my future in-laws. I'm REALLY excited!!! It'll be nice to get a break from pool and life here.

It's been 3 years since the last time I was there. Don't know how much blogging I'll be doing from there, but I'll do my best.

I don't know what to blog about...

I'm just posting something to post something. I'm currently blogging from Cheyenne.

Though I haven't played much in the past week due to being home/sick it appears I guess I've just had pool on the brain lately. So, I'm sorry for neglecting my personal blog.

I would like to anounce that although I do have a Myspace page and many of my friends have abandoned Blogger for LiveJournal and

I have not left the house or changed out of my pajamas since Friday night.

Chisolm got me sick...

I finally feel a little better today but I still haven't practiced for two days. UGH!

Latest & Greatest

Well, there's a few "latest & greatest" things I'd like to mention.

First, two words, Regina Spektor. She's incredible!!! Have I led you astray before? If you haven't checked her out yet, do it now. Here is a video of Russian sensation's latest hit, "Fidelity." She's absolutely adorable!

Next, I just got back from Houston where I competed in a pro qualifier this weekend. I finished 9th-12th out of 51 girls. It's a decent showing since I didn't really have any expectations at all. I met and hung out with a ton of really awesome people. It was a truly fun weekend.

Tonight, Chisolm and I went to the Kona Grill for a late night dinner after all the trick-or-treaters came & went. I couldn't believe how many kids didn't even dress up at all. I guess they thought that because they were with their little brother or sister that they could just load up on candy too. Greedy li'l snots!

Chisolm and I usually pick out candy that we like ourselves. This year, we got: Reese's peanut butter cups, some chocolate eye ball looking things, twizzlers & pull-n-peels (that I almost finished off before the doorbell even started ringing), Jolly Ranchers, mini Heath bars, and some other assortment bag that came with giant lemonheads and bubble gum. My tooth is sore from all the sugar. Next year, I should give out toothbrushes...

HAPPY HALLOWEENY!!!
